Myllyn Paras Brown Macaroni is made from yeast bread wheat flour and water. Yeast bread wheat flour is made from the part of the wheat kernel close to the peel layer when wheat flour is milled. Yeast bread wheat flour therefore contains the nutrient-rich parts close to the grain peel, which make the flour darker and more fiber-rich. The Brown Macaroni will lighten a little when cooked. Suitable for all macaroni dishes: boxes, casseroles, soups and served as such with sauce.
