Myllyn Paras KARU Quick Oats-Rye Flakes are made from oat and rye grains that are cut, pre-cooked and flattened into thin flakes. A high-fiber flake mix that is well suited for making porridges and desserts. Adds flavor to baked goods. It is also suitable for use on its own, for example in cultured milk or yogurt or muesli.
