This flour is a blend of wheat, oat, and rye flour, and it also containing sunflower seeds and roasted flaxseed groats. The coarse flour mix offers a change of pace when baking bread rolls and breads, and the seeds in the mix add flavour, texture and good nutrients to the rolls. The product has the Hyvää Suomesta - Produce of Finland swan mark of origin. The package can be recycled as cardboard.
