Mylläri's spinach pancake flour contains wholemeal oat flour and a generous amount of dried spinach (the amount of spinach in the bag is equivalent to 97 g of fresh spinach). The flour does not contain milk or eggs, so when made with plant milk or water, the pancakes will be suitable for many diets.
