Mylläri's pancake and waffle flour mix comes with salt and sugar: just add the liquid and an egg if you wish. You can use milk, buttermilk, plant-based drinks or water as the liquid. The flour mix does not contain milk or eggs, so it is also suitable for vegan diets. The product has the Hyvää Suomesta - Produce of Finland swan mark of origin and the EU Organic label. The package can be recycled as cardboard.
