Myllyn Paras Emännän Semi-Coarse Wheat Flour is made from both the kernel part of the wheat grain and the outer parts of the grain. Semi-coarse wheat flour is more finely ground than special wheat flour and is well suited for baking buns and light bread and rolls, but also as a general purpose flour for all baking.
