No chemical methods are used to purify Meira's sea salt.Fine sea salt has a strong and aromatic taste. It is especially suitable for fish and seafood dishes, fresh salting and canned food. Iodine in the form of potassium iodide is added to sea salt. One kilogram of salt contains 25 mg of iodine.
