Chimichurri is a versatile, Argentinian spice mixture that you can use both for seasoning and as a sauce for meat, fish and vegetable dishes. Chimichurri can be mixed with oil to make a delicious marinade or sauce to enjoy with e.g. grilled food, salad or potatoes. Instructions for preparing the sauce: mix 0.5 dl of Meira Chimichurri spice mixture and 0.5 dl of water. Leave to season for 10 minutes. Finally, add 0.75 dl of oil and mix.
