Maestrella mozzarellaraaste 400g

Maestrella mozzarella is a French mild mozzarella. It melts evenly and nicely and becomes wonderfully stringy when heated. These properties make it a perfect cheese on pizza and as a topping on a tomato soup, where the mild cheese flavor breaks off the acidic tomato.
