Maatilan Parhaat Emmental -slices are aged for three months. The medium-hard Swiss-type cheese is made from soured cows’ milk. It is sweet-and-sour and slightly nutty in flavour. The Emmental cheese slices are great for sandwiches or snacking. Emmental cheese is also excellent for cooking and can be used in soups, oven bakes, and salads.
