The medium LOOK® roasting bag is especially well suited to roasting fish, chicken, diced meat and vegetables. The bag helps to contain grease and keeps your oven clean. It also makes it easy to collect the roasting juices, which can be turned into a tasty sauce. LOOK® roasting bags are made of a unique plastic material that is specially designed for cooking. LOOK® roasting bags can also be put in the freezer and the microwave. You can therefore use the same bag to cook, freeze and reheat food. Each pack contains 10 roasting bags and bag ties. The bag measures 25 x 38 cm. Both the bag and the cardboard packaging are recyclable. Instructions for using the roasting bag in the oven: Preheat the oven to the desired temperature. Season the food and place it inside the bag. Use the bag tie to seal the bag, leaving plenty of room around the food to ensure that it browns evenly. Cut off one of the corners of the bag to allow excess steam to escape. Place the bag in a deep sided roasting tin in the center of the oven. Make sure that the bag is not touching the walls of the oven or the heating elements. Once the food is cooked, open the bag carefully and remove the food. Keep the bag in the roasting tin at all times and avoid lifting the bag itself without the tin, as this can put pressure on the seams and cause the bag to split. Watch out for hot steam as you open the bag! The roasting juices can be turned into a tasty sauce. Make sure that the oven temperature does not exceed +200 °C.
