The nettle bread is one of Linkosuo's classic products. Only a few masters have the know-how to make tender Varrasleipä. The natural flavour, crunchiness and richness of nutritional fibre provided by real sourdough and rye are behind its great popularity. At Linkosuo's baking ovens in Mannakorpi, Kangasala, since 1960.
