Kymppi Beetroot Casserole is made from Finnish beetroot and does not contain other root vegetables. The roasted sweet taste is created during baking in a deck oven. You can spruce up the beetroot casserole with e.g. blue cheese or cream. The casserole is a fully prepared frozen product that must be heated before consumption. The product is gluten-free and vegan.
