Kuusamon Juusto’s light Emmental cheese is a robust and tasty cheese, a slightly lighter version of emmental cheese. It’s ideal for cooking, baking, sandwiches or part of a cheese platter. Light Emmental Slices have been granted the Heart Symbol, meaning that the product is a better choice in its product group. The cheese is made from pure Finnish milk in Kuusamo, Finland.
