Product information

Kungfu Girl, which became very popular in Finland, is now also available in a high-quality, low-alcohol version: Kungfu Girl Riesling Colombard, an alcoholic drink mix made from grapes by fermentation. Kungfu Girl also has a great story behind it. Kungfu Girl's original creator, former rock manager and later winemaker Charles Smith got the inspiration for his wine while spending a movie night with his friend. TV became Quentin Tarantino's classic film Kill Bill. There was a scene in the movie where Lucy Liu and Uma Thurman fight, while Charles ate Asian take-away and drank a glass of Riesling. It was an uncreated combo and this was the inspiration for the Kungfu Girl wine. Kungfu Girl Riesling Colombard 8% is also made to work with spicier Asian food thanks to its semi-dry taste, fresh acidity and fruitiness. The Colombard grape brings nice aromaticity and balance to the drink.
