Kulta Katriina Plus Smooth is a high quality low acidic filter coffee. Naturally low-acid coffee varieties, slow roasting and a dark roast affect the low acidity of coffee while retaining the genuine taste of Finnish filter coffee. Our naturally low acid coffee varieties come from Vietnam, Central and South America. Kulta Katriina Plus Smooth filter coffee is lower in acidity than Finnish filter coffees on average. The average pH level of Finnish filter coffees is 4.5–5. Kulta Katriina Plus Smooth has a pH level of 5.2–5.5, which is considerably lower acidity. No ingredients, such as an acidity regulator, have been added to the coffee to reduce the acidity. Inga ingredienser, såsom en surhetsreglerande medel, har tillsatts till kaffet för att minska surheten.
