Kukko Summer Ale is a fresh and light American ale. Its golden yellow colour and subtle caramel-like sweetness are combined with fresh, citrus fruitiness and a hint of floral notes. Although the taste is very soft, the beer also has a nicely fresh feel. The mouthfeel is pleasant with a drying aftertaste. This beer works well with light summer dishes such as grilled vegetables, salmon or light chicken dishes. Fresh salads and mild cheeses also complement its well-balanced flavours. Recommended serving temperature: +8...+12°C.
