This perfect Vanilla ice cream is made with all respect to the traditions of ice cream making! Vanilla seeds are separated by hand from the vanilla pods and the milk is, of course, milk from our own local organic farm. The story of Jymy began in 2014. From the very beginning, the vision was to make the best possible ice cream – and the key values are still the deliciousness, purity, genuine flavours, Finnish origin and responsibility. The organic milk we use comes from our own local farm, the Suominen family's homestead, and the berries from Finnish suppliers. We prepare everything we can ourselves: jams and sauces are boiled, pieces of dough are baked, butter is browned and caramel sauce is heated in the kitchen of our own small factory. Jymy – pure Finnish indulgement.

Ingredients
WHOLE MILK, CREAM, sugar, glucose syrup, powdered MILK, EGG YOLK, lemon juice, vanilla bean and- seeds stabilizers (carob powder, guar gum). The product is pasteurized. Produced in Finland. Lactose free. Gluten free.
