At Aura, we also know how to make it from oats. The result of long product development work was a perfect vegan ice cream. And you don't have to be vegan to get excited about this rich chocolate ice cream – it's crowned with a hefty dash of sauce and crunchy chocolate pieces. The story of Jymy began in 2014. From the very beginning, the vision was to make the best possible ice cream – and the key values are still the deliciousness, purity, genuine flavours, Finnish origin and responsibility. The organic milk we use comes from our own local farm, the Suominen family's homestead, and the berries from Finnish suppliers. We prepare everything we can ourselves: jams and sauces are boiled, pieces of dough are baked, butter is browned and caramel sauce is heated in the kitchen of our own small factory. Jymy – pure Finnish indulgement.

OAT base (water, OAT PROTEIN, potatoe protein), sugar, glucose syrup, coconut oil, cocoa powder, inuline, cocoa cream, dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifiers (SOY LECITINE), natural vanilla aroma), emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerids of fatty acids), vanilla aroma, caramel, stabilizers (carob powder, guar gum), salt. The product is pasteurized. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF NUTS.
