A frequently requested taste? Yes, it's licorice - and not just any licorice, but Jymy-licorice! Strong but soft licorice ice cream, Finland's best vanilla ice cream and thick, rich licorice sauce, whose secret recipe only Jymy's own ice cream expert knows. As with all Jymy ice creams, there's plenty of sauce, as much as 18%, and on top of this is a pinch of licorice decoration. And this delicacy is lactose-free!
The story of Jymy began in 2014. From the very beginning, the vision was to make the best possible ice cream – and the key values are still the deliciousness, purity, genuine flavours, Finnish origin and responsibility. The organic milk we use comes from our own local farm, the Suominen family's homestead, and the berries from Finnish suppliers. We prepare everything we can ourselves: jams and sauces are boiled, pieces of dough are baked, butter is browned and caramel sauce is heated in the kitchen of our own small factory.
