The Queen has arrived in the shops! We picked the best raspberries and blueberries and cooked a berry sauce, the aroma of which filled the entire Jymy factory. Yes, and did we already mention, that there is as much as 20% berry sauce in the ice cream and this delicacy is lactose-free! The story of Jymy began in 2014. From the very beginning, the vision was to make the best possible ice cream – and the key values are still the deliciousness, purity, genuine flavours, Finnish origin and responsibility. The organic milk we use comes from our own local farm, the Suominen family's homestead, and the berries from Finnish suppliers. We prepare everything we can ourselves: jams and sauces are boiled, pieces of dough are baked, butter is browned and caramel sauce is heated in the kitchen of our own small factory. Jymy – pure Finnish indulgement.

Lactose free WHOLE MILK, lactose free CREAM, sugar, glucose syrup, lactose free POWDERED MILK, blueberry (2,8%), raspberry (2,8%), stabilizers (carob powder, guar gum), acid regulator (citric acid), emulsifiers (mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids), vanilla powder, salt. The product is pasteurized. Produced in Finland. Lactose free. Gluten free.
