Juustoportti Smetana is a rich and aromatic addition to a variety of dishes, such as stews or soups. This lactose-free sour cream can be used cold, but it is also suitable for heating. Traditionally, sour cream is used as a garnish for beetroot soup or blinis. Juustoportti's cooking products are made from Finnish milk in our own family dairy in Jalasjärvi.
