The UHT milk of Juustoporttti can be used in a variety of ways. It tastes fresh as it is, and is suitable for cooking and baking. UHT means heating the milk for a few seconds to +135 degrees Celsius. This heat treatment allows the milk to remain unopened at room temperature for a long time, making life easier at the cottage or on trips.
