Matured for eight months, Vintner's goat cheese is a full-bodied, strong cheese that has earned its place at the centre of the cheese tray. It gets its distinctive flavour from the Torres Sangre de Toro red wine and from the herbs with which it is regularly brushed during the maturing process. In international competitions, Vintner's goat's cheese has been awarded gold medals on several occasions - it's a multiple world champion cheese.
Juustoportti's specialty cheeses, which are matured for a long time, are made by hand in the showcase cheese dairy at the Jalasjärvi service station.
