Juustoportti's Crème Fraîche, or sour cream, is a creamy and slightly acidic dairy product, also called French cream because of its origin. Lactose-free crème fraîche is used in cooking to soften flavour, in a wide variety of baked goods and desserts, dips and sauces, and as such to add a fresh acidity to food. Juustoportti's cooking products are made from Finnish milk in our own family dairy in Jalasjärvi.
