HK Herkkumaksamakkara™ is Finland’s most popular liver sausage and a true classic. This family favourite is made from Finnish pork and liver. Slice or spread the delicious liver sausage on bread. Try the liver sausage on toast as well, or as a filling in a sandwich cake. After use, recycle the packaging as plastic.

Finnish pork meat, water, Finnish pork liver (22%), pork rind, pork fat, iodised salt, sugar, acidity regulator (E575), spices (e.g. onion), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), flavourings, preservative (E250). Meat content 40%. Meat and ingredients comparable to meat in total 69%. LACTOSE-FREE. GLUTEN-FREE. High in salt.
