Go-Tan Sriracha chili sauce is a hot spicy sauce whose main ingredients are chili, garlic and wine vinegar. The taste of the sauce is quite fiery, but soft and smooth in texture. In Thailand, Sriracha is used as a dipping sauce for seafood, in Vietnamese cuisine, it is often used as a seasoning for fried noodles and in sauces. In the USA, Sriracha is used to flavor hamburgers, hotdogs, pizza and soups. In Europe, the use is established for dipping, table seasoning, marinating, grilling and as a topping for macaroni boxes.
