Galbani Burrata 150g

Galbani Burrata is pleasant tasting fresh cheese from Italy. The outer layer of the cheese is fresh mozzarella and inside the cheese is a mixture of mozzarella strips and cream (stracciatella). The core of the cheese is runny. Serve in salad, or on top of hot dishes. Goes well also in tapas with olive oil, basil leaves, salt and pepper.
