Gaea Citia Crete extra virgin olive oil is known for its rich, intense fruity taste, gentle aroma and emerald green soft shade. Made from hand-picked olives within 24 hours of picking. The olive oil is fruity and mildly peppery. Suitable for use e.g. as a salad dressing and to season bread or pasta and potato dishes. Try also sprinkled on top of fish and vegetables to bring flavor.
