Frödinge® mudcake is a chocolate lover's dream come true! A deliciously moist and lactose-free mudcake, with chocolate taste suitable for everyday occasions and parties. Enjoy as it is or with ice cream, vanilla or berry sauce or fresh berries. Make the cake even more festive by decorating it with whipped cream and berries or garnish with a sprinkling of dark cocoa powder or nonpareils. The frozen cake is ready to be served: just remove the packaging and thaw the cake in the refrigerator for about 1 hr, at room temperature for 40 mins or in the microwave with defrosting for about 40 sec.
