Friendly Viking´s Sour Oat is a unique, completely plant-based and gluten-free alternative to sour cream. It can be used just like sour cream, for example in baking, sauces and desserts. It also works well as a base for dips. Juustoportti's oat products are made from Finnish oats and are produced in Jalasjärvi, South Ostrobothnia.
