A classic loved by Finns! Findus golden crispy fish sillets seasoned with lemon and parsley are made from responsibly caught Alaska pollock fillets and breaded crispy. The golden crispy fish fillets are low in saturated fat and have been awarded the Heart Label. For the tastiest results, cook the fish fillets in the oven without adding any fat.

Clean-cut fillets of ALASKA POLLOCK (Theragra chalcogramma)* 56%, WHEAT FLOUR, rapeseed oil, water, corn flour, corn starch, salt, sugar, WHEAT FIBER, lemon powder, dextrose, garlic powder, parsley, onion powder, pepper, lemon oil, turmeric, lemongrass oil and parsley extract. *Fished in the North Pacific. Despite great care in removing all fish bones, bones may remain.
