water, rice (23 %), whole grain RYE flour (9 %), WHEAT flour, vegetable margarine [rapeseed oil, water, fully hydrogenated rapeseed oil, salt, emulsifier (E471), flavour, colour (E160a)], rapeseed oil, dextrose, MILK protein, SIFTED RYE FLOUR, iodized salt (1,2 %), WHEAT gluten, RYE malt. 70 % of the flour used in baking is rye. The origin of rice is EU.
