Ingredients WHEAT flour, water, whole grain RYE flour, malted RYE flakes, OAT grain, flax seeds, iodized salt (1,5 %), sunflower seeds, OAT bran, rapeseed oil, BARLEY malt flour, yeast. Rye 9 % and 15 % of the grain in bread. High salt content. Ready product may contain also other allergens from the other products handled in the bake-off. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF SOY.
