Well rested. We humans are at our best when we are well rested. The same goes for bread. While resting, the dough had time to relax and develop its rich oat flavour.
Ingredients WHEAT flour, water, OAT grain (11 %), WHEAT gluten, iodized salt (1,5 %), BARLEY malt extract, rapeseed oil, yeast. 18 % of the grain is whole grain oat. Baked with sourdough. High salt content. Ready product may contain also other allergens from the other products handled in the bake-off.
