Ögon represents a 100% sustainable, high quality cocoa that gives a wonderfully soft chocolate flavour in desserts, pastries, drinking chocolate and cooking. The cocoa is made from selected cocoa beans that are dried, peeled and roasted gently to get the colour and mild flavour that is unique to Ögon Cocoa.
