Made from the outermost layers of wheat grains, wheat bran is rich in fibre and a good source of protein. Wheat bran is well suited for baking, adding a cereal flavour and a rougher texture to bread doughs, for example. You can also sprinkle it on some yoghurt or blend it into smoothies. The product is made from Finnish wheat and has been awarded the Heart Symbol.
