Elonen crispy rye squares contain even 16% dietary fiber and they are baked with real sourdough. Rye squares baked 100% wholegrain rye squares from Finland and baked crispy in brick oven. We didn`t add additives to the dough or E-codes but plenty of taste and fiber. Lactose free crispy rye squares is also great source of protein.

Ingredients
Whole grain RYE flour* (90%), water, salt, yeast, RYE malt. *from Finland. May contain small amounts of WHEAT, BARLEY and OAT. Lactose free. Milk free.
