Yeast-baking powder mixture for quick pizza making. No need for raising or kneading, the dough is ready while oven heats up. 1 bag per 500 g of flour. Enough for 2 big pizzas.

Ingredients
Raising agents (glucono-delta-lactone, sodium hydrogen carbonate), 13% dried baker´s yeast, corn starch, emulsifier (sorbitan monostearate), stabiliser (sodium, potassium and calcium salts of fatty acids). May contain traces of: (WHEAT, MILK, EGGS, NUTS, SOY)
