The chocolate-flavored cake mousse is used as a filling for various cakes and pastries or as an airy glaze. Also try glazing on top of cupcake pastries. The powder is whisked into milk and is ready to use immediately. Pastries filled with chocolate cake mousse can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 days and can be frozen.
