Pink concentrated gel color. Concentrated gel color is thicker than the liquid color, yet easy to extrude. The concentrated color is packaged in a single tube, from which the color is easy to dispense dropwise. It is advisable to add the color to the whipped cream drop by drop only at the end of the frothing so that the cream does not curdle. In this way, the amount of color can be estimated more accurately and the result is the desired color.
