Intense orange food coloring gel. The colour gel is thicker than liquid paint, yet easy to extrude. The colour gel is packaged in a single tube, from which the gel is easy to dispense dropwise. The product is vegan. It is advisable to add the color to the whipped cream drop by drop only at the end of the whipping so that the cream does not become butter. In this way, the amount of color can be estimated more accurately and the result is the desired color.
