The soft golden pearls are the most stylish decorations in Dr. Oetker's range of decorative products. The matte, gold-colored pearls are especially suitable for decorating chocolate cakes. The golden pearls are not hard, they can be used to decorate pastries without any worries. The golden pearls do not withstand baking and it is recommended to sprinkle them on the surface of moist pastries just before serving.
