Whole grain Italian stew contains fiber-rich whole grain pasta and plenty of vegetables in a rich tomato sauce. You can get a vegetarian stew by replacing the meat with soy crumbs. Try stuffing peppers with Italian stew. Grate cheese and cook in the oven at 200c for about 15 minutes.
