Balconi Sitruunakakku 500g

The round lemon pie consists of a layer of shortcrust pastry, a filling of delicious lemon cream and a layer of sponge cake, on top of which a heart is drawn with lemon cream. The texture is soft and velvety, and the taste is deliciously lemony. The pie contains no preservatives, no artificial colours and it is palm free. Store in a cool and dry place. Made in Italy.

Lemon cream 33% (sugar, glucose syrup, water, EGG YOLK, modified starch, coconut oil sunflower, MILK powder, aromas, lemon juice concentrate 0.6%), WHEAT FLOUR, sugar, oils and fats vegetables in varying proportions (sunflower oil, coconut oil, cocoa butter), EGGS, butter, potato starch, potato starch, MILK powder, MILK proteins, stabilizer: sorbitol, raising agents: diphosphate disodium, sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of acids fats, salt, flavorings. May contain traces of NUTS, SOY, MUSTARD and LUPINE.
