It’s also well suited for buffets or as a side to grilled foods. The Atria Potato Salad tastes of fresh mayonnaise, Finnish potatoes, tasty pickles, leek, and onion. Even though the Potato Salad is a wonderful side, there are several other ways to use it. Potato Salad goes well as a rich sandwich filling or in a sandwich cake. You can customize the Potato Salad by adding smoked fish, ham, or why not cheese cubes. You can change the flavors further by adding Dijon mustard, fresh chives, capers, or even chili sauce to this traditional potato salad. The Atria Potato Salad is also an excellent picnic snack—easy to bring along in its original packaging. However, please note that the Potato Salad does not keep for many hours in warm weather, as it should be kept in the refrigerator like other mayonnaise-based salads.
