The Kruunusekoitus vegetable mix is perfect as a side dish, for woks and stews, filling omelets and in salads when cooked. In a microwave oven (800 W): Pour the frozen vegetables into a bowl and heat at full power between 7–9 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with a pinch of salt and a small amount of butter. In a pan or wok: Heat 3–4 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan, add the frozen vegetables and cook for 6–7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and your favourite herbs.
