Apetit Lake Fish Patty is made from Finnish roach that is responsible and ecological fish. The lake fish patties are made at the Apetit frozen food factory in Säkylä, on the shore of Lake Pyhäjärvi. Fish caught in management fishing from Pyhäjärvi is also used for the preparation of Lake Fish Patties.The product is free from lactose, gluten and soy.
