Apetit Lake Fish Patty is made from Finnish roach that is responsible and ecological fish. The lake fish patties are made at the Apetit frozen food factory in Säkylä, on the shore of Lake Pyhäjärvi. Fish caught in management fishing from Pyhäjärvi is also used for the preparation of Lake Fish Patties. The product is free from lactose, gluten and soy.

Finnish ROACH caught in inland waters and Finnish ROACH caught at sea 63 %, Finnish potato, lactose free whipping CREAM, lactose free BUTTER, Finnish potatoflakes, rapeseed oil, EGG WHITE powder*, thickeners (E461, E407a), salt, white pepper. Finnish ingredients 93 %.*from barn eggs.
