The classic vegetable mix is suitable for many dishes and situations and adds colour to the plate. Add the frozen vegetable mix to a small amount (about 1 dl) of boiling water and cook for 2–3 minutes. Season and serve. You can use the peas-corn-red pepper mix as a warm side dish, for filling omelets, in stews and salads.
