A typical southern German wheat beer with a full-bodied flavour. However, the slightly stronger hopping distinguishes this monastery beer from others, the flavour palette is wiped clean in the aftertaste and a fresh, invigorated taste remains in the mouth. An excellent thirst quencher, which also works wonderfully as a food drink, e.g. as a partner to traditional German sausages and long-aged pork. Fattier fish dishes are also suitable for pairing with this wheat beer. RB 95/100, Top 50 German Hefeweizen.
